Another milestone has unfolded for The Fraternal Order of Eagles (Philippine Eagles) as the King Eagle Joseph Joel R. Longcob inducted me during the 2nd National Assembly and 28th Years Foundation Day at Aberdeen Court, Quezon City last June 22, 2008 as Philippine Eagles Institute of Leadership Executive Director, with the presence of nine (9) Past National President and National Assemblyman. First time in the History of Eagleism as PEIL Executive Director Eagle Celso P. Mariano one of the Founder and Past National President Turn-Over the Leadership of PEIL and he is now the PEIL Executive Director Emeritus.

Philippine Eagles Institute of Leadership is the Academic Arm of The Fraternal Order of Eagles (Philippine Eagles) as the Eagles Magna Carta of 1989 has put it the Educational, Planning and Leadership Arm of The Fraternal Order of Eagles (Philippine Eagles). PEIL has been shielded by the Eagles Magna Carta of 1989 from dictatorial interference by the Political Arm of The Fraternal Order of Eagles (Philippine Eagles), it’s power and duties easily drowned sustenance from the Eagles Magna Carta of 1989.
